FAQ

Good questions.

Still wondering? Text or call +1 (561) 503-0046 or email optiperfwell@gmail.com and a real person will get back to you.

When to call a doctor instead: IV hydration isn't emergency care. For trouble breathing, chest pain, confusion, a fever that won't come down, or severe dehydration in a child, call your doctor or 911.
Does an IV actually help when I'm sick?

When you're sick it's easy to get dehydrated, especially with fever, vomiting or not eating. IV fluids rehydrate you faster than sipping water, and many people feel noticeably better after. It supports your recovery, it doesn't cure the illness.

Does it hurt?

Just a quick pinch when the IV goes in. After that most people barely notice it.

How long does a drip take?

About 45 to 60 minutes from setup to finish.

Can you treat the whole family?

Yes, we treat ages 10 and older. Let us know how many people when you text so your nurse brings enough for everyone.

Who gives the IV?

Every IV is overseen by Barry, our licensed registered nurse. Every visit starts with a health screening to make sure your drip is safe and right for you.

Are the Get Right meds required?

No. They're optional and only given when appropriate after your nurse's assessment.

Feel better.
Don't get up.

Text us how you're feeling and where you are. We'll handle the rest.
